HouseGPTs provides AI-powered home design generation tools including interior, exterior, kitchen, paint, furniture, floor plan, and virtual walkthrough features. Subscription plans unlock additional usage-based credits and access to premium tools.
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Payments are securely processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle Billing Portal or via Dashboard → Settings. After cancellation your access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
No refunds are provided, as described in our Refund Policy.
New users receive 3 free creditsupon signup. Credits in paid plans follow the plan's limits and are topped up at each renewal. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Paid plan subscribers (Pro Creator and above) receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display AI-generated designs produced under their account for commercial purposes, including client work and portfolio use. This licence does not extend to reselling the designs as standalone AI-generated stock or training competing AI models. Free-tier outputs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You retain ownership of photos and floor plans you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process them through our AI pipeline to generate your designs.
AI-generated outputs are provided "as is". They are created by machine-learning models and may not accurately represent real spaces, materials, or structural layouts. Do not rely on generated designs for construction, structural, or safety decisions without independent professional verification.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. Any active subscription will be cancelled immediately. Billing records may be retained as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HouseGPTs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
